5K on Memorial Day

Ran a 5K today with friends. The first two 5K's I ran were far better than this one. Guess I need to train more seriously, eh?

Stand Strength Team

I took Suzy, James, and a friend to the Stand Strength Team's show on Sunday night. The kids had seen it before when it was at our church, but the younger ones didn't remember it very well.
